Technical description
Machine overview
SLC NEXT GEN applies stretch sleeves to standard containers in continuous motion. It is used on dairy, beverage, home care, personal care and chemical lines requiring 360-degree decoration without glue or a tunnel; it combines mechanical cams with brushless servomotors and differs from SL through continuous flow and from SLR through its linear layout.
Stretch Sleeve technology advantages
- Cold process with no heat tunnel.
- No glue and lower energy consumption.
- Material reduction up to 30% where applicable.
- Label separable from the container for full recycling compatibility.
- 360-degree surface available for graphic communication.
- Lower environmental impact and carbon footprint than shrink solutions where applicable.
Main features
- Modular versions with 1, 2 or 3 heads.
- Continuous stretch sleeve application.
- Clean process, with no glue and no heat.
- Energy saving thanks to the absence of a shrinking oven.
- Up to 30% less material than shrink, where applicable.
- 360-degree display with bright graphics and intense colors.
- Recycling compatibility thanks to separable label.
