Machine overview
PLH applies rigid plastic handles to bottle necks or grouped containers in continuous transit. The handles are oriented by a vibrating hopper, transferred on a gravity conveyor with air jets and checked by over-under selection; compared with H, HM and HE it does not use adhesive handles but preformed plastic components.
Main features
- Rigid plastic handle application on bottle necks or packs.
- Suitable for single containers and multipacks.
- Can be installed on an existing conveyor without cutting the line transport, when coherent with the layout.
- Orientation through vibrating hopper, gravity conveyor, air jets and sensor control.
